A sleep consultant provides expert guidance to help your baby, toddler, or child develop healthy sleep habits. I create customised sleep plans, routines, and gentle sleep training techniques to support better sleep for your family.
Sleep training can begin as early as 4 months, but gentle sleep strategies can be introduced even earlier to establish healthy sleep foundations.
Every baby is different! Some families notice improvements within just a few days, while others take a couple of weeks. It depends on the method we use, your child’s age, and how consistently we follow the plan.
Yes! I offer both in-person (location-dependent) and virtual sleep consulting sessions to accommodate all families.
Sleep regressions, teething, illness, and developmental milestones can temporarily disrupt sleep. I can help you adjust your child’s sleep routine to get back on track.
An overnight nanny is there to help everyone in the house get a better night’s sleep! They’ll handle feeds, nappy changes, and soothing your baby back to sleep as needed. While your baby sleeps, the nanny may get some rest too but can also take care of little things like washing bottles or tidying up the nursery.
